Why did I just receive a text message indicating that because of my loyalty I'm available for an upgrade? That's of course with a two year contract. Which means it's the same exact offer that new customers are getting. SO where exactly are the benefits fro this loyal Verizon customer of over 13 years? Verizon doesn't have a loyalty program. Even though they say that it offers benefits sporadically, I haven't seen anything yet in my 12 years. How about knocking off the upgrade fee?
FYI, if you were hoping for a response from another customer with a similar experience or even a VZW rep from their Social Media Team that roams the community, you would have had MUCH better chances if you had chosen to create a new discussion and marked as a question then the blog option you did chose here.
