Considering your username isn't your phone number or your email address, I'm not sure why you would want to change your username. If you really want change, you need to send a private message to LaurenD_VZW in the community. They are the community management.

Only LaurenD_VZW has the ability to change your username. If you didn't message them then your messages went to the incorrect personnel.

Unsolicited messages are against Forum Policies and probably ignored/deleted.  You have to get someone's attention and wait for them to request a Private Message.

If the messages were sent only over the weekend, they either haven't seen them yet or as the other community member pointed out ignored them as unsolicited especially if that particular person doesn't have the authority to change usernames.
