I got my Rezound and it's AWESOME!
In the same places I had my 2 different Nexus phone I had 4g connectivity with 3 bars!!! The Nexus had 28% of the time with NO SIGNAL and the Rezound is 0% of the time with no signal.
STAY FAR AWAY from the Nexus.
Well I should have been harder on the people in the store I guess. I went twice with in the 14 days to swap my Nexus out for something different. The guys just change my sim and some settings each time. After being out of the 14 days I am stuck with a non working phone. I have called tech support three times and go no where! All I wanted was a different phone that worked. To much to ask for 2 years I guess.
Anyways I have finally taken matters into my own hands since many calls and store visits later I am still getting zero service at home. I have a used rezound coming in the mail hopefully it gets better signal.
Sure would be nice to have had better customer service... Not sure I will be doing another 2 years after this or not if they plan to sale devices that don't work and wont still to their word of letting you pay the 30 bucks and swap the device out with in 14 days.
First OF all I am a NEW Customer also. I went to the wrong store it said VERIZON on the front. But I did not notice in Small letters. Sales Reps meaning they just sell PHONES and rip you off and never tell you all the truth about plans or even rob you by selling you a phone that you can buy on this site for 60 dollars on up depending on what you buy also Know that you can call the 611 ask for the closest site next to your home they will post it on your page here.. One more thing when you do call the 611 phone for help it will ask for your PHONE number next Your Password you set up also YOU can change that on this page if need be. Next tell them what you want and they will connect you to the correct person it takes a few min maybe two or so and Then they will help you if you have any problems with the new phone you purchase they will exchange it and if that dont work they will do it again exchange it after that they will give you a NEW phone if there is still problems Verizon will work with you but remember that the guys that sell phones the phone reps will and I know will RIP YOU OFF so NEVER GO there just call the 611 and they will tell you where to go. Ok you will be ok. Just deal with the real Verizon people there phones are fantastic. I LOVE Mine. I had to change my own because of the horror I went through with the people at the rep stores. So if you have any questions I will help you with anything you need and I do not work for Verizon I just help those who need it from experience.. Well I am not a new customer around 6 years with them. And I went to a Verizon store not a reseller so even bigger let down. It was clear when I was in there they guy just didn't want to take the hit or whatever it is for me getting a different phone.
I wish I saw this post before my deadline. I HATE THIS PHONE!!!! I have been on the phone with Verizon for a HUGE portion of this week and last regarding issues with : No 4G service, lost connection,backup assistance.... you name it, I went through it! This is the second one they sent to me!
I went back to my Droid X which has NEVER given me a problem and gets service in places the Nexus doesn't! I am so pissed that I spent the money on this phone! I will stick with my Droid X for now. i should have NEVER upgraded! I feel your pain!
