i recently had to have a new phone sent to me due to a charging issue..
on the previous galaxy nexus i was using, the my verizon app worked just fine..
however after switching to the new one sent to me, it says i need to upgrade
the application.. but that its not available on my device?
how can it be available on one galaxy nexus, but not another?.

Let's get this applications working for you. I have found that there is a specific My Verizon App for the Galaxy Nexus. You will need to download this particular application.
