cant get internet

Went to the store because the phone was acting stupid.  It did a total restore or dump thingy.  I now cannot access the internet at all.  I have WIFI and a signal boosters so I have all of that available.   I just cant get my phone to access the internet.  I hit the browser, put in my search and it comes back a white page.   What can I do?

Does the Fascinate have a SIM card? If so, you may need a new one, if the phone had a master reset .

No, The Fascinate is a 3G only smartphone.

If you are still having the problem, go to the Homescreen.  Touch the top of the screen, drag down the menu that shows method of connection.  Ensure that Mobile Data is highlighted in green.
