My calls arent going through. Everytime I try to call a number, I just hear silence, no dial tone or ring tone... nothing. And the call never goes through.. What is going on? Ive powered on and off, tried it in safe mode (no idea how i even got the phone into that mode) BUT texting/web everything else works fine! What is the problem??
Also when someone calls me, i answer and theres just silence and then it drops the call two seconds later.. I have full service

I hate to hear your having calling issues. Let's get this addressed so you can get back to loving your device!
Does this happen in multiple locations? Are there any other devices experiencing the same issue in your area? Is your device on Wifi? If so please turn it off and retest.
Please let me know the answers to these questions. So we can get to the bottom of this!
