A few times this week my screen seemed to freeze. I would touch an app, including phone and messaging, but the screen was unresponsive, This happened once while trying to answer a phone call and also when trying to put a call on speaker. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

Try a battery pull. Remove the battery from the device with the device powered on, leave battery out for about 10 seconds. Replace your battery and power the phone back on.

My phone is freezing up also. Usually after I finish a phone call. Have to pull the battery to get the phone call to end. This isn't a BlackBerry, I shouldn't have to pull the battery out to make my phone work as expected. Thought those days were behind me. Guess not.

Try to wipe your Blackberry. Please keep in mind, performing this procedure disables all data services (web browsing, email, etc.) and removes all data (passwords, contacts, etc.) from the handheld. Before clearing the handheld, ensure there is a recent backup of the data. Follow the steps below to wipe your device.
