Don't worry, 90% of the people I've talked to are still having issues you've mentioned, including missed calls. Verizon will just send you out another Fascinate that has the same issues, and pretend nobody else is having problems with the phone. I've heard it numerous times now... They won't ever realize many, many people are having issues and are very **bleep** off with Verizon!
Yea, I think Verizon is trying to ignore the fact that there is still a problem. I had been working with a CSR over the last month over the issues, and she was supposed to call me last friday, and I did not hear anything from her. I am going to assume that she thinks there is no issue, but I am going to call back and try to get in touch with her.
I am tired of Verizon ignoring these issues, I thought these things were supposed to be "Smart Phones", not "Semi-Smart Phones".
I assure you that your concerns are being investigated, as this issue has been lifted to our Product Support Team, and Samsung.
We will keep you all posted with any updates.
Just posted a note on similar thread. On my replacement fascinate and the problem continues. There are no consistent answers coming from Verizon and if Verizon is working on this problem, you need to let your front line employees know about that. I'm in a mission critical medical job and missing texts. This puts patients at risk and is unacceptable. You have to fix this problem before this becomes a very critical situations that will get plenty of media attention.
Getting a little sick and tired of not receiving text messages. Just yesterday I know of three that I never received. Not to mention I still cannot use the snooze button on the alarm clock. Used to love this phone... hating it more and more every day...
Thanks for posting. I understand how this can be frustrating. In order to resolve your issue can you please PM me your mobile telephone number so I can research your account and see what kind of options we have for you? Thanks.
If this has been resolved please post. I have been having this problem since Dec 2011, with no resolution. It started with a Droid x2 and now we switched to iphone4s with the same exact problem. This is not a phone issue. I am very unhappy.
