When placing a locked fascinate in the desk dock or car dock, which is password protected by an Exchange security policy, the phone is auto unlocked and full access to the phone is granted. At this point you can click the home icon and have full access to the phone without entering any password. Please let me know if there is a fix since this issue is a huge security flaw. Currently I am not recommending this phone to be used by Corporate users who have Exchange ActiveSync Security policies in place since this devices lock screen can be bypassed by placing it in a dock.
