To the store manager at Verizon Wireless in Lakewood, WA (Warnessa ..removed full name to comply with VZW ToS)
This morning I was in your store first thing after you opened; I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The first Nexus I had, I accidentally put through the wash, so I did the phone insurance to get the phone I have currently. About two months ago, my data usage started going through the roof. My '3G' and '4G' symbols along with the 'signal strength' icons have all turned gray/white and my phone periodically has 'no data connection whatsoever'. Ever since I have lost the typical 'blue' coloring of the icons mentioned above, this data usage crap has happened. You can look at my data usage. The times associated with that 'data usage' is when I am at home (for the most part) on my router. The router is not that old; I think we got it around Christmas of 2011. I reset my home router as you had told me to do.
I also got the link that i saw this model phone having issues... it is on Verizon Wireless support forum. It was your and your tech's opinion that Verizon had never heard of such a thing... well here are a few of the links:
Since there is a forum on V.W. Support page, I am requesting a full inquiry in to this problem.

You posted your "letter" on the same peer to peer community forum as where your links are located. It's going to have a hard time reaching the management of the store requested.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
While I am happy to respond to you, I agree that if you would like to contact the store manager directly, please send a letter. However, we can address your concern here.
Now, the periods of data that you were referring to may have been initiated and stopped at different times. They don't necessarily reflect exacts times of connection, just a particular data session. If your home internet ever goes out for a moment, our mobile data will kick in. Can you please try and turn your mobile data all the way off when on wi-fi and make sure that the data charges do not occur? We can take a look further into them for you. Please let us know!

go into settings and ensure that your phone is using wifi at all times when wifi is present and maintains wifi while sleeping.
also do a hard factory reset on your phone.. (after backing it up) it could have some apps causing an issue.. had similar things go wrong with my old phone (Not your make and model)
let us know how it goes.
