SD card management

I exported my contact to the sd card.  Then imported the contacts to the phone.  However my issue is I exported the contacts listing twice and didn't mean to.  Can I delete one of these?  If so, how?

Is the only way to delete data from the sd card is to format it?

Yes, you can delete one of these.

1. Go into My Files

2. Find the [numbers].vcf files (if you exported more than once, then there should be more than one)

3. Long press one of those files

4. Select Delete on the pop-up menu

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary

Holy buckets!  Thanks.  I hate duplicating junk like that because I got a little impatient.  Really appreciate it.  I am completely new to the whole android community and coming from my blackberry the fascinate just has so much I can do.  Thanks again!
