"Randy's Samsung Galaxy Nexus"
The dream that could have been.
"Randy's Droid Razr Maxx"
The nightmare that's begun. (JK, its probably more stable cuz its got VZ support all over it.)
I hope you have better luck.

Things that annoy me about VZ & The Nexus
- Being told that they haven't heard any problems with the nexus.
- Giving out random dates out of their ass
- Blaming Samsung
- Blaming Google
- Blaming Verizon ("oh its in testing")
- Suggesting another phone.
- Getting a refurb.
- Having to pay an ETF to ESCAPE from the clutches of the red devil.

You: i guess thats why i was dying to get the update
You: because if i could see if that fixed the problems i have, then at least i know whether or not to stay with verizon
Rep: That is true. I have not heard of any significant issues with the Nexus but every phone has little things that drive people nuts.
You: " I have not heard of any significant issues with the Nexus"
You: OH MY GOD WHY DOES EVERYONE KEEP SAYING THAT FROM VERIZON!!!!!!!!!
You: I don't mean to get angry at you
You: but every verizon tech tells me that
You: but if you look online all you see is complaints from people
You: is none of this information recorded and shared??
Rep: That is okay. I do mean to say it in a Verizon stand point but I am very very picky with my phones and the Nexus for a while was one of the ones I researched from reviews to videos and so on and I never heard of any of the bugs and stuff like that you may be experiencing.
Rep: Phone experience does vary by user though and sometimes people do get the few defective phones that come off the line.

I have had conversations with tech support where they acknowledge there are issues with the phone and the update fixes them. I was also told they expect Verizon Nexus to be the first phone to get Jellybean which I highly doubt.
We know the update is available because the store display models have it so where is it?

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon thinking I was moving to a more premier service. After the way Verizon is handeling this I'm starting to regret my move. Feels like Verizon is the 800 pound gorilla just smiling at it's upset customers. I think T-Mobile may have a returning customer soon. Prove me wrong V.

Same here, switched from TMO to VZ... not sure if that was a smart move. I only did it for the nexus. Guess I shouldn't have lost faith in Magenta.
