Phone will not vibrate?

My phone will not vibrate. Is there something I can so to make it vibrate? I have tried everything on the phone to make it vibrate but it will not. Any help is appreicated.

That must be frustrating! I would like to ask you some probing questions and offer some recommendations.

  • How long has the problem been happening?
  • Is it occurring with calls, messages, e-mails or alerts?
  • Have you tried a soft reset by removing the battery?
  • Is your software up to date? The latest version is: i500.EH03

it started yesterday, it seemed tohave upgrated by itself because other features are different, but i when

i use the side buttons, it goes to silent there is no vibrate
