Phone not turning back on after i dropped it

Member

My phone has been on and off with recognizing a charge, i accidentally dropped it this morning and it will not turn on now! I'm not due for an upgrade till July, but being an on-call nurse at the hospital makes my phone pretty important! Would they be able to fix it at one of the repair stores or can i get a discount phone. Being so close to Christmas I don't have the extra money to drop on a new phone. What are my options? ( I dont remember if i have insurance on the phone or not though)

Oh no! I know how important having a working phone is, dnurse. Since we don't manufacture the phones, we don't repair the devices at our stores. I have heard of 3rd party stores that do cell phone repair, which is certainly an option you can chose for yourself to save money by repairing instead of replacing. You can check at http://bit.ly/07CrqPK to see if you do have insurance and if Asurion might be able to help  with the replacement. We also have a Certified Pre Owned Program http://vz.to/16vfYHl that can help with a lower cost replacement when you're not eligible for an upgrade. Just let us know what phone catches your eye and we can provide you with the current non-contract price of the phone.
