Are you having the call issues while indoors? What's the zip code and 2 major cross street where you are experiencing these problems?

I had no service at home. [removed] My wife

had service with her iPhone.  I had to buy a network extender to user my

phone at home.

Natchez trace ave. Beside the Vanderbilt track will cut me out every time.

The nearest major cross street is west end ave.

Woodlawn Ave will cut me out.  Nearest cross street 21st ave.

Belmont blvd in various places will cut me out.

I've live and driven in this area using cell phones since cell phones

started.  No phone except the Note 3 ever cut me out in any of these

areas.

I am having this same issue on the Note II, the random "network does not provide date and time" error.  Has anyone ever found a resolution?

Having the correct date and time is a must tomorrowsman! I apologize for any inconveniences this error may have caused, but we're here to help now. When did this begin? What's your zip code? What changes have been applied to the phone? Also, is the Setting for time and date set to automatic based on your time zone?
