So you had me sign into chat to tell me you are going to pass this issue on to Executive Relations and wait another 48hrs?????? I've already tried them and they have not responded in over 7 days.
I am on hold for the 3rd time with your customer support number... disconnected twice after over and HOUR on hold... on HOLD again waiting to speak to a human.
Can't someone help me? please???
