Microsoft SYNC Issue

Since the Froyo update, i have been experiencing syncing issues with my SYNC system in my car. I was able to delete the phone out of the SYNC system, but have not been able to delete the old SYNC off of the Fascinate. Does anyone know how to delete an old bluetooth pairing if they just want to restart and get a new paring from the same device?

I'm happy to provide you with those steps. They are as follows,

1. Press the Menu Key

2. Tap on Settings

3. Tap on Wireless and Network

4. Tap on Bluetooth settings

5. Tap on Bluetooth to turn on the radio

6. Tap and hold on the desire device

7. Tap Disconnect and unpair

Note: The device should be disconnected and the pair broken on the device.

I get through step 6.  But at step 7, there is no Disconnect Option....just Connect, Unpair, & Options.  Is there any way to really delete old pairings (e.g. rental cars, etc.)?

Thank you to the Community Members for your answers. Once you select "Unpair" the previously synced device will be removed.
