The Galaxy Nexus (Verizon) binaries for Android 4.1.1 (JRO03C) were released yesterday (2012-07-09) and are posted at

I'll be particularly interested to see how well Verizon Wireless performs relative to Sprint et al at testing and approving the Jelly Bean upgrade for Verizon Galaxy Nexus owners.
If "soak testers" are needed, I'm willing and available with both of the Verizon Galaxy Nexus we own.

Found a site that says Verizon will have 4.1 for the Galaxy S3 on August 29th. I guess we just have to wait and see.
