How do I update from 4.0.4 to 4.1?

I installed 4.0.4 on my Gnex some time ago. When verizon sent me the ota update for jb it wouldn't install on my phone? What gives?

Hi MARDUCK,

I'd love to help you with the update for your phone! Do you get an error message when trying to get the update? Does it attempt to go through, and then you get the error? Please remove the battery and SIM from the phone for about 60 seconds, then try again. Please also post back with your results, as well as any error message you receive.

The Jelly Bean OTA is also a WiFi only update.  Please make sure you are connected to a WiFi network to download it.
