Could anybody tell me how I leave a recorded message for my voice mail (unanswered call) ? I can't seem to figure this simple step out, lol. Thanks ahead of time, for the help!
Dial in to your voice mail - (*86, or speed dial 1 on most phones). If you have not set up a password, you should be prompted to do so. Once you are in the voicemail system, press 4 for Administrative Options, then 3 for Greeting, then 1 for Personal greeting. You will be prompted to review or record your greeting, given an opportunity to listen and re-record if needed, save, and exit the system.

There are actually two different VM configurations, depending on what area of the country you live in, and the prompts and options are slightly different. I posted the one that includes New England.
