This is not a real big deal , but I'm posting to try to find a solution and see if anyone else is having the same problems. Going through my gallery I wanted to delete some pics. I confirmed the deletion, but the pic is still there after the phone tells me it was deleted. Again, not a huge imposition, but is anyone else having the problem? I did try rebooting the phone, also removed the battery for 10 minutes and replaced. At one point the phone got caught in a loop trying to delete a group of 4 pictures, and I had to force close. I have plenty of storage on the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do?

I am having a similar problem in that it is taking A LONG TIME to delete just a single picture from the gallery. I tried to delete 4 the other day, and an hour later, I finnaly had to stop the gallery through task manager because it would just sit at "Deleting..."

I'm sorry to hear the issue with deleting pictures in the gallery. I have been researching this issue and will follow up once I have more details. In the meantime, try removing the sd card to see if the deleted picture(s) are gone. After confirming delete, go into Settings . SD card & phone storage > Unmount SD card. Now go back into the gallery and you should see no pictures. Reinsert the card and check the gallery. Let us know if this works.
Thanks

Hi I'm following up after reaching out to samsung and have a couple of questions for you. Were these photos in the Gallery taken by the Fascinate's camera or from another source? We will send you both a message directly to gather info needed to assist in addressing this issue.
Thanks

Even though I use other file managers, the my file program is very easy to delete files off your sd card
