I understand the temp work around they give but my question is what emergency call button? I thought that to do anything on the phone, even call 911, you have to unlock it first. And since my phone seems to be, as far as I can tell, affected by this problem I got curious.

I looked when I first signed in. For some reason when I first came in here I had a thread with no subject line showing up. That is the thread you were talking about.
