I know that on some stand alone GPS devices are limited to providing data for North America, so you must pay for a higher end device to have GPS in other parts of the world as well. I am traveling to Hawaii at the end of December and wonder if the Google Maps App and Navigation function of that app on my Samsung Fascinate will work there. Also I wonder if it would work in Mexico. Does anyone know the answer or where I can get an answer?
Thanks!

Hawaii is a part of the USA so you will be fine there. Mexico on the other hand, you will be roaming for data there and could see extra charges for international data.
