Fed X has dropped off my CPO Fascinate. I'm trying to follow the instructions and be patient until it charges completely before I power it up. Of course neither the shortcut book that came with it nor the longer manual online here tell you what the big battery icon that appears all by itself when the phone is off and on charger actually looks like when it is fully charged. Right now about 3/4 of the battery is green. I don't know if the black "top" of the battery icon is decorative (you know, like a green battery with a black top section, about where the copper color is on a duracell) and the thing is fully charged, or if the black area will eventually become green and it ain't done yet.
Funny the little things that aren't so obvious. Thanks!

It will go all green, and display "100%" when done. You will certainly know.

Puppy mags (excuse the nickname) I am evesdropping on your thread too, and figure maybe I don't need that screen cover after all. But now it will look like people are replying to my question and perhaps I will never figure it out, and just have to power up the dang thing and go with it.
Good luck with your new toy tomorrow.

Patience furthers. It is obvious now that the entire battery is going to be green.
Stand by for next idiotic question (and that'll be from me, so I should know).

I've never had the patience to leave it off and charge it before I played around with it. I've yet to notice any negative impact from not doing so either.
