Disappointed in verizon

I wanted to voice my feelings, you can delete and I'm sure you will, have been a valued customer for years. I was really excited to buy my first smart phone! I knew the phone I wanted the galaxy s phone. I was under the impression I was buying a smart phone, which to me means it can do almost anything a computer can do and more. My big thing is my fantasy baseball, football ect.. I need flash to do this. It's very upsetting to see every other phone get the updated os, of the same model, but different carrier. And I thought I had the most reliable network in the nation, you know all your commercials that show all the purple that make up my network? Any if them costumer support? Anyone value there customers anymore? I mean a new phone comes out and well just forget about our fascinate customers? Well I have an outstanding memory and I'm sure I'm not the only one, come contract time I may looking for another provider, and will pass the word to friends and family! Please show us that we are worth something to you

I hear you and it  is not buyers remorse the feeling is more like being betrayed buy a close friend'

 

It is hard to believe that this many customers mean nothing to them

 

I truly am speechless  It is sad but true they are kicking us under the bus

 

All this said I will always remember this and make future choices biased on this

This carrier is nothing but disappointments besides their coverage but other than that nothing is good

I just don't understand why, if you needed flash so badly, you didn't buy a phone that was already capable of running it.

 

Oh, and your update started rolling out today, prepare to be disappointed at how much flash will bog your phone down when you are trying to use it.

Do some research on the subject. this is isolated to a single manufacture

 

No one knows the details but if you look at the fact every other phone is running 2.2

 

heck even slower phones like eris/vortex/alley have it..

 

Think about it, all signs point to a disagreement between samsung and verizon.. I find it hard to beleive the blame is solely on one company or the other

Ummmm, the Eris does not have 2.2 (well, mines running Gingerbread, but that's a story for another time, another place) and will never have flash.
