My Samsung Fascinate this morning decided to erase all my contacts. I tried to locate them online but it only allows me to see the numbers from my main number. Does anyone know why?
You need to register and create a login for your number, separate from the main number (which is probably the "primary" account owner's number and you can see all the lines on the family plan.)
Each number should have it's own login for MyVerizon, to manage Backup assistant, ringtones, ringbacks, and other things associated with only that line.
