Like I said before a lawsuit over a freaking update will never work. You may get media attention and even a curtesy credit from VZW but it won't get you anything serious except increase rates to cover VZW expenses and they may even charge the head of the lawsuit for that if they actually fight it and win. But hey whatever I give up. All of the guys in here are certified paralegals and know exactly what they do and do not deserve.....ha.......ha......Good luck anyways

One thing I find amazing is how many people have stated on this Verizon Forum that it is to be expected that a Verizon rep. will lie to you, and that only stupid or naive people will believe anything a Verizon rep. tells them. So based on my reading of the many threads regarding the lack of Froyo for Fascinate I can draw these conclusions.

Verizon salespeople are liars.

Verizon CSR's are liars.

Verizon Tech Support are liars.

Verizon Corporate will not respond in any official capacity to paying customers concerns.

Verizon is so big who cares what you think.

Fascinate owners that want an honest response from Corporate about their concerns are:

Stupid.

Naive.

Whiners.

Malcontents.

Troublemakers.

People on this forum who chastise, belittle and degrade the above group are:

Smart.

Well informed.

Know more than you do.

Love Verizon.

Work for Verizon.

Wish they worked for Verizon.

Rooted their phones.

Wish they could.

Are very happy with Eclair 2.1

Did I miss anything? :smileyvery-happy:

Yes i would support it!

Mostly becuase Verizon has misrepresented the specs of the Fascinate.  It appears that all of the tech specs say that the Fascinate has 512MB of RAM but my phone says 324MB.   If 2.1 does not have the ability to access that RAM, and Verizon has no plans to update to take advantage of the advertised specifications of the phone, I believe that they have mislead consumers regarding the specifications of their phone.
