Camera and Gallery inoperable after update to Jelly Bean

Is anyone having issues with their Camera and Gallery after the update to Jelly Bean?

I've seen other issues posted... but nothing on Camera not starting or the Gallery looking like it is starting up / loading just to blink off...

I have used both the camera and the Gallery since the Jelly Bean update. I have not seen anything like what you described.
