I absolutely hate this phone but I'm stuck with it until my next upgrade in 2 years. I was told had great wireless but never works even from my home. Phone calls drop all the time and fade in and out when not dropped. Now my battery is running out in 2 hours and takes 5 hours to recharge. The phone is getting very hot. Any one have any suggestions as to what to do?
Try downloading the program Juice Defender from your android store. Helped me.
I would return the phone to the Verizon store and request a trade-in. Tell them there is a factory defect and you want to trade your phone for another SGN. I had a problem with my screen and I returned mine for a swap about 8 months ago.
I just called the warantee center and they told me to bring the phone in for a full diagnostic and they would probably give me another phone.
