I have a Samsung Fascinate Galaxy S phone that stopped working because it got wet. I took it out of a protective case, removed the battery cover and battery, and was able to dry it out after leaving it in a bag of rice for a couple of days. The phone appears to be working normally except that when I plug in the AC or car charger I get an audible "plink" every 3 seconds. I call Verizon tech service and they weren't able to help me. Has anybody had the same problem and been able to solve it.
