I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Tab s2 (9.7) SM-T817V. Everything appears to work very well, however it refuses to connect to either of my windows computers (both are running 64bit windows 10). When plugged in the computer sees that a device was connected, but then reports USB either USB device malfunctioned or is not recognized, in the control panel devices and printers it initially appears as samsung_android, then a second device USB mass storage device. Then it times out with unknown USB Device (device descriptor request failed).
I have tried both kies3 and smart switch in hopes that they would carry appropriate drivers.... neither have worked.
