Good luck here with getting VZW to answer that question. If you get an answer at all will be may "we have no information on that phone but go to some area of the web and you will get the information first when VZW announces it". That will be all VZW will say about it. If you really want a 32gb you will have to buy it somewhere else not on VZW. I thought they would have brought in a NOTE 2 in 32gb but they have not done that either. Good Luck with your quest here.
By not offering the products that people want like the GS4 32 G and 64 G, Verizon is just forcing people to go to another carrier to get what they want. Plus taking away the 32 G GS3. Not good business in my opinon. It shows poor upper management decisions to make the busness grow. They are going to lose customers.
One would think they would go somewhere else but that won't be many as most just deal with what they can get and be happy...no other carrier has got the coverage of VZW. Unless other carriers hurry and they won't. Other carriers will always be behind either in coverage or the next technology.
I went into the Verizon store yesterday and asked for a 32gb Galaxy S4. The sales rep said they'd have to order it online because they only have the 16gb available in store. When I received my shipment confirmation email, it said I ordered the 16gb. I called up Verizon and asked if they had shipped the wrong phone or if it was just a typo. Eventually we figured out that the 32gb version doesn't exist.
As soon as my S4 arrives I'm going straight to the Verizon store and demanding that they take it back. I'm not going to fall for any "Oh well maybe just try it for 14 days," "Can we offer you an SD card?" "Have you considered cloud storage?" crap. I have an S3 with 32gb plus a 64gb sd card and I'm NOT going to downgrade my memory while upgrading to features I'll never use.
The real downside is that I already ordered a ton of accessories. I'll see if I can return them to amazon. Whether amazon takes it back or not, Verizon's not getting my money
"Oh well maybe just try it for 14 days," "Can we offer you an SD card?" "Have you considered cloud storage?" crap. They try this sort of thing all the time with their phones. I heard it about the Note 2 as well that it was tried with it. If it were available online anyone could order it. That is the thing VZW don't have it and since they removed the S3 32gb from availability and never did get the Note 2 in 32 gb we may (probably) will never see the S4 32gb as other carriers are selling. If you are on limited data of coarse they would like you to use the cloud storage to use up your data so you can buy more, and they can make more money. They like that.
