Has anyone been able to connect to get the second part of the s5 lollipop update? I got the first half and now all 'software update services are temporarily unavailable '.

Nope. I got the 1st update, started the 2nd one early afternoon at work, but connection went down. Now this evening when I go to check updates it says 'Your Samsung SM-G900V is up to date' just wonderful.

Downloaded and updated two Galaxy S5s to Android 5.0 last evening with no issue at all. Immediately following reboot with part 2, Google Play Services required an update in order to recognize apps installed on microSD properly. Other than that, the update was completely painless.

EnterHaggis,
Sorry to hear about the delay in getting that second half of the update! Are you connecting to Wi-Fi when attempting to download the update? Do you have the 904MB of available space for the update? Have you tried powering the phone off and back on and checking again?

samsung finally put the firmware out for download, I then installed it
manually using Odin3 software. This was the only way I could get it to
work.
thanks,

How do I know if both upgrades were completed?
