Hi!
USB port on my galaxy s4 is really loose and doesn't hold a chaging cable well.
I have to hold something up under the charger to help it charge otherwise It won't charge.
It hasn't been a year since I got this phone from Verizon and also on a Verizon insurance package.
Where can I fix my phone?
Is there any extra cost to fix my phone?

I'm really sorry hear about your device, heeya22! I can provide you with your options. It sounds like your device may have some physical damage. In this situation, I would suggest completing an insurance claim..http://bit.ly/07CrqPK
If your phone is free of physical damage, we will replace your phone under the one year manufacturers warranty for no cost. However, we do not repair devices. I hope this helps. Have a great weekend.

There is a problem when you talk about "physical damage". I have only had my phone for 3 weeks...upgraded from a S3 to S4. I charge it every night before I go to bed. Uplugged it yesterday before I went to work. 14 hours later I went to plug in to charge overnight. This was just last night (today is 4/16/14). It wouldn't take the plug. It became lose or something somehow.
So what you call "physical damage" might be just from unplugging it but after only having the phone for a couple weeks, I should not be having this problem.
