My phone is activated, however, there is a notification that says "Acivation incomplete Your phone will try again when you restart." I am able to make calls/texts, get onto the play store, etc. However, I cannot send pic messages, I can receive them though. Wondering if this is related somehow? At the least, I would like to know how to get this notification to go away. I have tried restarting my phone and turning it off for a few minutes with no luck so far.
