The Galaxy S7 is a great phone (I have the Edge model myself), but let's get a bit more info on this to best help. Other than data, how is the rest of the phone? If you go to Settings > Data Usage, is the "Mobile data" section currently ON/Blue? Do you recall using Airplane Mode or any other setting before this started?
