jillyone Let's get your phone working at it's best! To adjust the light for the keys, go to settings, display, and select 'touch key light duration'. You can set it to always on.

in the "Settings", go in "Display", and scroll down to "Touch Key Light Duration". That setting controls how long those two "buttons" stay lit.

jillyone, thanks for trying. Does your device have any physical or liquid damage? Have you powered your device off/on since having this issue?
