My Samsung Galaxy S4 is having trouble powering on. I tried removing the battery. I have tried using my back up battery. All that happens when I take out the battery and put it back in, #1 It vibrates, #2 It does show the "Samsung Galaxy S4" across the screen and then #3 the screen goes black and I can't get it to turn on....please help.
This definitely not a normal behavior for the Galaxy S4, Kelli. Let’s get some additional information and explore ways to resuscitate your phone past the Samsung Galaxy S4 screen. When did this issue start? Is there any physical/water damage to the device? Did issue start after updating/installing a particular application/software?
