For Windows computer, Phone + USB cable + open USB port on computer. Plug together and wait for the drivers to load. Open Windows Explorer and copy and paste as needed.

my computer won't read my phone - it used to show up as drive F:/ or G:/ - but it does nothing now. Have I reset something on my computer or phone - or how do I find the driver for it?

That definitely should show up! Let's get that working. Has anything changed with the computer? What type of phone do you have? Can we try a different USB port on the computer or if possible a different cable?
