That would be your AT&T email password and your username/ID is youruseriname@att.net.  Don't forget the @att.net when you set up the email on your phone.

Thanks, my email ends in sbcglobal.net. I can access email thru Yahoo mail, when i go to the other email, i think VZW calls it corporate it gives me the message Unable to connect to server. Why can i access it thru Yahoo but not the other?

Thanks,

Tom

Set it up as a yahoo account on your phone, though you will still use the @sbcglobal.net login.

That's the only way i can access mail. My phone keeps trying to send a email with a pic attached but it keeps failing. I get a message the other email cannot connect to the server. I had to set up yahoo a few weeks ago because the other email would not update, nothing received & unable to send. Maybe i need to delet the acct, & add it back?

Thanks,

Tom

People have reported that you can set up Yahoo served accounts (Yahoo, Ymail, ATT, SBCGlobal, Bellsouth, etc,) as other in the stock email app.  I gave up on the stock email app and use gmail and K9.  Attached are my Yahoo family settings for K9 and these should work for manually setting up any email app.

I'm trying to delete my acct & add it back. I get the error message 503 service failed. The only other way i found was to do a factory reset, then i loose all my apps, pics, etc, right?

Thanks,

Tom

I went back to the settings & tried to set up my acct again. It says acct. already exists.

Read through:  https://community.verizonwireless.com/thread/790102  and see if it helps.

These settings are available when you set up an email account and do not choose the automatic method after you enter your email address and password.
