I have the "Do Not Disturb" setting to allow only alarms, but I still receive text alerts in the middle of the night. What is wrong? I can't seem to find a working solution.

Thank you for bringing this our attention. I want your phone to work the way you want it to. Let's make sure that we silence all of your notifications. Have you checked your settings to make sure no exceptions are set for messages to not be silenced? Are you using the standard messaging app or a downloaded application?

I am having the same problem.
I used the phones own setting for "do not disturb" but set it to custom, allow calls. But what ithe is allowing is text messages. It's a bit disturbing to hear the message alert go off at 2am when I have it set so I don't hear that. My other option is not to use custom, and not get an emergency call ft
Rome my daughter on deployment overseas.
What's Wrong?
I hope Verizon Customer Service gets this msg.
