this is my first contract cycle with verizon and im very dissappointed in the customer relations regarding the android updates. i left my other carrier of 10 years because of these issues. seem like verizon might be a one cycle commitment for me. i have a galaxy s3 and no word or anything about the 4.3 update.it seems every other carrier has it. do the other companies have more qualified people running the update departments? do they not realize its the updates to existing products that keep people renewing their contracts? alot of people have or have talked about jumping ship to another carrier. i am just starting my second year at verizon and was wondering if this is the way they always work?

I've heard that there are many problems with 4.3 update. Also heard that Samsung pulled the update until corrected. As much as I want 4.3, I want it when it works. Not if it will make my phone a useless brick. Google it. You'll see the problems.
