my cloud service keep popping up saying that it does not work at this time due to No data connection.I have data connection but why is my cloud service not working? this only started happening when I received my system update a couple of days ago what's going on this as been the best phone I've ever had. now its just bugging me!
That is really strange, willj8866. We want to make sure your phone works for all the features you need! Regarding cloud services, have you checked to see if there is an update to the Verizon Cloud App? By chance, do you have any music files stored in the cloud from your phone?
