When I click to view or save an attachment on an email, I get error "sorry an error occurred" - this started happening about a month ago, I never had a problem with this before. If I open the same message on another device, I can view the attachments. I use yahoo email primarily.

No bueno, let's ensure you can view all your attachments and pictures! Have you tried removing the Yahoo email account and readding it? Are your incoming email settings setup correctly? Have you recently changed your email password?
