Ever since the last update my s6 has a drain ... so far ive done a factory reset and no change. Is this a known issue?
KANE1513, having the battery you need to last the day is always what we want for you. You have taken a great step with that factory reset. In many cases, when a large software update is completed, the device will need to optimize the software to your phone. This process typically takes 48-72 hours, per the manufacturer. As a result, we do find that most issues resolve themselves in that time. If that is not the case for you, we will want to look closer.
When completing the factory reset, did you restore your games and apps?
