Getting a pop up all the time isn't fun. Let's fix this. Have you already tried resetting the Backup Assistant Plus and Sync Services on your device http://vz.to/1iamSL5? When did this start?

Same error here with Backup Assistant Plus. I was going to do a factory reset because I was having a bunch of nagging issues. I couldn't get BAP to sync but thought it probably did some time in the near past. I also synced the google account. Well...the reset worked and it feels like a new phone. But I lost all my contacts. Apparently the contacts were saved to the phone and not the google account. And then the Cloud service is not available for prepaid plans. WTF?? So BAP loses network connection while trying to sync and Cloud is not available. I'm screwed!!
