after jelly bean update - clock and dock and alarm clock are not working or gone!

after jelly bean update -

clock simple alarm clock and dock are no longer in the app drawer... there is no way to access clock or desk clock or alarm clock..

even if i put digital clock widget on a page.. i tap it and nothing happens...
