Hi I'm going to Pakistan in a few days and will be staying there for a month to visit family. I was wondering if I could get a sim card there and put it into my phone and wondering if it will work. Thanks in advance!

yes you cann   all verizon 4g phones are unlocked.  only caution is it will erase everything you have on your phone when you change sim cards so make sure you have everything backed up.  I would recomend using the verizon cloud.  Verizon also works with a company called cell hire who get you the sim card before you even leave if you wanted to call them and see what kind of rates they have.  i believe if you use cell hire you can still get calls onn your current number.  odviously if you have a sim card from pak you will get a pak number

As long as your provider in Pakistan supports at least one of the bands on this phone, it should work. Do note that you may need to reset your phone once you return to USA because some of the Verizon settings may be deleted/modified overseas when your other provider programs the phone - and Verizon has no way of restoring them, except a reset
