Will a Samsung Galaxy S4 from T-Mobile work on Verizon?

Hi,

I have a T-Mobile SGH-M919 (ie. Samsung Galaxy S4). This is a GSM phone.

Wait a minute. I may have just answered my own question: From this article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellular_frequencies , I see that Verizon is CMDA (which my TMo phone is not).

Am I correct that my GSM phone is not Verizon compatible?

Thanks for your comments.

It does not support CDMA or LTE band 13 - i.e. consider it not supported.

LTE: Bands 1/2/4/5/7/17; HSPA+/UMTS: 850/AWS/1900/2100MHz; GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz

Btw, although I won't be able to test Verizon this time around, the next time I'm buying phones, I'm going to pay more attention to the bands that they support. I see their are popular brands out there that pretty much handle them all. Of course it's no surprise that traditional carriers have their phones built only to support their particular infrastructure. maybe there's a service or support (most likely) reason for this.
