As part of the latest Verizon Galaxy S6 update (MMB29K.G925VVRU4CPD2, release Tue. May 24, 2016), it is removing the Amazon Music app. Does the update restrict the app from being reinstalled? Users of the Amazon Prime music app use this app even though it's considered bloatware, which it is to those that do not use it. But, can I apply the update, but reinstall the Amazon music app on my Galaxy S6 after the update removes it? thanks.

I don't see why you couldn't re-install it; it's still listed as compatible with an S6 and it has an update, i.e.,

Yeah, I agree that it should be able to and that it is listed as compatible with the S6. My *fear* is that once I apply the update, Verizon has something in place to prohibit installing the Amazon Music app. The Google Play store doesn't necessarily take into account any provider restrictions.
